The One Question To Ask When Making a Life Change | #48

One of the techniques I’m trained in is called the Solution-Focused Approach, and has a bunch of questions designed to help us see the possibilities and potential ahead depending on our choices now. There are 3 basic questions that underpin the therapy, but when I’m looking at that ‘preferred future’ we might be dreaming or visioning, this is the one I start with.
